Managing the Whitelist and Blacklist

 

Set up and manage e-mail addresses and websites by adding them to either the whitelist or blacklist

 

All addresses from the whitelist will be automatically allowed, while all addresses from the blacklist will be blocked.

Whitelist

 

E-mail whitelist

 

By adding e-mail addresses to the whitelist, you will exclude any e-mails from these addresses from the Spamfilter check. It is recommended to add addresses to avoid 'false positive' detection and to make sure that you will always receive these e-mails.

 

To add the e-mail, just click on the + button and then write the e-mail address and press the OK button.

 

To remove it, select the e-mail address and click on the – button.

 

You can also add, remove or edit e-mail addresses with the help of the contextual menu available when right clicking any e-mail address from the list.

Domain whitelist

 

By adding an entire domain to the whitelist, you will exclude all e-mail addresses from that domain from the Spamfilter check. It is recommended to add the domain to make sure the e-mails will not be subject to any 'false positive' detection.

 

To add a domain to the list, click on the + button, enter the domain name and click on the OK button. To remove it, select the domain and click on the – button. You can also add, remove or edit domains with the help of the contextual menu available when right clicking any e-mail address from the list.

Blacklist

When you add an e-mail address to the blacklist, the Spamfilter will always redirect those e-mails to the spam folder without any further checks.

 

To add the e-mail, just click on the + button and then write the e-mail address and press the OK button. To remove it, select the e-mail address and click on the – button.
