Get messages
BullGuard is set to automatically download any new messages arriving from the BullGuard Support team. However, you also have the option to manually check for new e-mails by clicking the Get messages button from the Support module main window.

A pop-up screen will notify you if there are no messages available.

In case of a new message or reply to an already opened ticket, the user will be directed to the Message Center tab where the newly received item will be displayed.
