Message Centre
Stores all communication between users and BullGuard Support Team
All messages are kept on our servers enabling you to retrieve them each time BullGuard is installed on the computer. Storing the correspondence is necessary as most e-mails will contain important information about BullGuard module functionality, troubleshooting help, instructions or virus removal tips.

+ button: Will open the Contact Support Guide through which you can get in touch with the Support Department.
To make searching through both e-mails and chat transcripts easy, you can sort them by clicking on the column titles in the Message Centre window. The items can be sorted by subject in alphabetical order, by the received date or by their status. Closed e-mails are messages that have been replied to by the Support Team, open e-mails are marked as Waiting for reply and the draft messages as Not Sent.
E-mails and chats with long histories or replies are kept organized in a tree-like structure. Double clicking the first e-mail will expand it, revealing all the additional replies. You can open any e-mail by double clicking it or by using the right click menu and choosing the View option.

Edit: Menu used for functions such as Copy, Cut, Paste or Select All.
Attach files: This button is unavailable as this is a reply you received. You can attach files only when sending an e-mail.
Print e-mail: when viewing the message from the Message Center, you will be able to print the e-mail you have written and sent using this button.
Delete: Clicking this button will delete the e-mail you are currently viewing.
< and > arrow buttons: Work as forward and back buttons and are used to navigate through e-mails that have a long history, making it easier to read them and to keep track of their history when replying.
Subject: It is highly important to have a relevant subject to your e-mail that will reflect your question or issue so that your message can be handled appropriately.
Attached: This field will list all attached files. By right clicking the Attached filed, you will be prompted with set of options for adding, removing or opening the attachments.
Message: Is used for writing the actual message to the Support Team.
B, I, U buttons: These are text formatting options for the Bold, Italic or Underline functions.
Send e-mail: Click on this button to send the e-mail to the BullGuard Support Department. A copy of this e-mail will be also saved in your Message Center from the Support module. If you close the e-mail editor before sending the message, you are asked whether to save the e-mail in the Drafts folder from
