BULLGUARD LIVE SUPPORT

It is central to the BullGuard concept of Security that our customers receive all the assistance needed to fully appreciate and utilise the BullGuard products. BullGuard Support is therefore a free service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, offering advice and assistance whenever it is needed.

Chat offline?

Should the chat on rare occasions be offline, please write an e-mail to support@bullguard.com. Below you can find our team's availability and SLA:

English Support:

- 24/7; response time is 24 hours.

Danish Support:

- 10:00 to 18:00 CET, daily, response time is 24h.

German Support:

- 9:00 to 17:00 CET, daily, response time is 24h.

French Support:

- 9:00 to 17:00 CET, daily, response time is 24h.

Spanish Support:

- 9:00 to 17:00 CET, daily, response time is 24h.

Dutch Support:

- 9:00 to 17:00 CET, weekdays, response time is 24h.

NOTE: E-mails sent to payment@bullguard.com also have a response time of 24h.

Time zone is CET.

We have chosen chat support as our primary support tool, as it enables our specialists to receive and process your questions in real time, whilst being able to send guides and screenshots and to offer transcripts of the advice given.
