In rare instances, BullGuard is not able to remove an infected file automatically.

The Quarantine is a special folder where BullGuard keeps the infected and suspected files if it has not automatically deleted them. When the virus is in quarantine it can't do any harm. The files are isolated here until you decide to permanently remove them.
