Dismhost.exe - false positive?

I'm running BullGuard Internet Security 12.0.237 and I'm getting lots of pop-ups warning me about dismhost.exe:

"The program DismHost.exe attempted to modify the Windows System directory. The file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\\DISMCOREPS.DLL was created by this process."

I'm getting popups about every 30 minutes, and am quarantining each instance, but a full system scan is not finding anything to remove.

Does this sound like a virus/infection and if so, I do I properly get rid of it?

Firstly, I suggest you update to the latest version of BullGuard Internet Security -

Then perform a full scan.
