Open your internet web browser.
Hopefully you are now looking at google search page or something similar.

Copy and paste this address into your address bar and go here.
Click on teh first top blue bullet shaped button.

Agree to save and download the file.
Save it to your desktop

When it's downloaded, it takes around 5 to 15 mins.
double click on that icon that appeared on your desktop
it will install this program called Spybot search and destroy.

follow the instructions as you go along, do it slowley and read everything as you go in the windows as you go through and click next.
You need to update the program next, there is a button that you see when you run the program that says (search for updates now)
Click the search for updates button,
It will now download and update all the current fixes to spyware. this enables it to fix spyware and get rid of it.

When its updated, sit and watch what the program is or has been doing.
Then press the search for problems button.

It will start scanning your computer for spyware problems.
usually this program will fix issues.

When the scan is finnished you will see when it's finnished

you will also see a fix selected problems button

click all the little check boxed to the left of each listed problem item it has found.
and after you have done that click the (remove selected problems) button
Hopefully you will be all fixed.

Re start the computer,

Delete the little install program icon that appeared on your dsesktop when you originally downloaded spybot search and destroy.
hopefully nobody will know you have downloaded anything or fixed anything.

It is not fair on them and its not fair on you when you have to try and explain what's happened to the computer while they were out!
They will never trust you and you will loose respect and it will also take a while to re earn their trust.

Take care and I hope this works for you.

Keep safe ...... Regards Liz Western Australia :))
