Annoying Pop-UP messages

Hello,



I was given a 3 months gaming trial of BullGuard when my PC was built.

After 30 days of use, the hard selling popups began, starting every bootup and then every 24 hours.



I still had 60 days left of the trial to go and am not impressed with this hard selling tactic. While I understand

that reminders help those to remember to buy the software, it seems to be heavy handed to continously

keep having these popup messages appear, urging the user to purchase the software with 60 days still let

on a free trial.



I like the software but to be honest, I am now weighing up my options and must probably will not be renewing

due to the above situation.

The problem has been reported and we willl be working to improve this beahvior.

Please open BullGuard, click Settings from the top, click Advanced from the top, then General on the left and then Main under it and uncheck "Enable Communication screen".

Reminders will be shown in the last 20 days of your trial subscription.

It is always good to know that a company listens to it's customers or potential customers.

I have tried to follow your advice but unfortunately for me, the option mentioned is greyed out and therefore I can not uncheck it.
