I recently bought a new Median laptop computer from Aldi and was dissapointed to find that it crashed/ froze up or whatever the technical term is, within hours of starting to use it.

I eventually managed to get through to the Median helpdesk who told me that Bullguard clashes with Windows Updater and that I should unload Bullguard.

The computer seems to work fine now but keeps reminding me that I do not have any anti virus protection.

Were they right that your software clashed with the Windows programme?

Otherwise, see if it help if you disable the firewall ?
