Hi
I'm on version 8.7. I've seen references to a "big red" support button, which surprised me as I don't have one. On looking at screenshots of 8.7, I see I should have 7 buttons down the left-hand side. I have only 5 - missing "Support" and what looks like "Antispyware".

Is this something to do with my version, or is it just a case of out-of-date screenshots?

Sorry for the long delay in replying, but I've been on holiday. Internet Explorer said it couldn't open the page above. However, my subscription has now expired, so I have a new query about which version to buy, which I'll open a new string for.
