I've had a trial version of Bulldog for about three weeks now on my other computer. No issues until this evening. It blocked a file from a game which I play constantly. It's NOT an online game. It's a game I play offline. It wants me to "quarantine" the file or "allow" it. The problem is that it won't let me use any keys or the mouse on my computer. Everything is frozen-up. I can't even shut the computer down without manually pushing the "off" button. When I turn it back on, the same error message about quarantine or allow is still there and everything is frozen. Any ideas?..........This particular computer is as old as the Bulldog trial program I installed the day I bought the computer.

Hi Larrymissouri,

If the trial has expired, the Real Time Antivirus should be inactive.

To solve the problem, restart your computer in Safe Mode and open BullGuard (do not worry about the inability to start the Firewall and the Real Time scanner, as they are disabled in Safe Mode) and go to Settings ->Advanced ->Antivirus ->Tuning. Check the "Skip files/folders" box and add the game's folder to the list of the files excluded from scanning.
Restart the computer back in Normal Mode and let me know if you need further assistance.

Best wishes!
