Error message

Started new thread now that I have an error message. Laptop still cannot run program. Here is what it says:


Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download & damaged media. Contact installers author to obtain new copy.

:yeah: I did get the BullGuard loaded into my desk top and it is scanning and working WONDERFUL!!! I really like it.
Now, if we can just get the laptop figured out.

I'll see if I can find support somewhere...............

Ok. Then I´ll suggest we take a closer look on what´s running on your system ->





Please download DDS: https://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

to your Desktop and doubleclick on DDs.scr to run it.

If your security software includes script blocking features, please disable these before you run this utility.



When the scan has finished, two logs will open.

Copy and paste both reports in this topic.


The logs will be reasonably large so you may have to divide them into sections and make several posts to post them.

Thank you for your reply to help.

I have SUCCESS!!! Got it all downloaded yesterday after doing the clean up on C as Support had sent instructions on. Guess something was caught in there that kept preventing me from getting past it. All is well now.

I want to tell anyone that might read this post thread........I have never been SO IMPRESSED with Support in my life!! These folks are so fast to answer and help in "real" language. Every question I sent was answered within an hour!! I will encourage everyone I know to use BullGuard!!! :yeah:
