I don't have the option to change user name when I open Bullguard.
The Bullguard system was loaded on my pc when I purchased it 9th sept 09 with a 90 day trial period i had a problem with windows and had to reload from the recovery disc,I have Bullguard on another disc that came with the pc but it only allows me a 5 day trial,I tried to copy and paste the program from the windows.old file to see if that would work but I still only get a five day trial.

In that case, please try to reinstall the BullGuard application, by following this online guide: https://www.bullguard.com/support/product-guides/bullguard-internet-security-guides/reinstall.aspx
