I use a Password Manager that is installed as an extension in the normal browser.

My understanding is that Bullguard's Secure Browser does not allow extensions. How can I use the PM in Secure Browser?

Welcome to our forum!

BullGuard's Secure Browser does not allow extensions.

The Password Manager you are using should have instructions for how to use it when it cannot add itself as an extension. Check the site of the vendor.
