Account not with license added

Hi,

I installed bullguard today and setup my account using my emaill and then activated my license key.
I had to reinstall my PC and now when I login my account has no license key added.

Also everytime I contact live support I get cut off, what this about ??

Once again Ive been cut off from lice chat, what is going on here ?
