Bullguard 2020 installs but will not open. When I click on the browser it states bullguard main service is not running.

I have windows 7 ultimate, I installed this with no problems on both computers at our church running windows 10. Since I am using the premium version and I have 10 devices I can install on so I tried installing on both my personal and my moms. We are both running windows 7 ultimate and it will not install on either. Well, I take that back, it did install on my moms but will not open. At first it was the annoying digital security feature built into windows. Turned that off and still does nothing. I have searched and can not find a problem that relates to mine. I get no error code exept when I try to open the browser.

First, make sure that you have installed all windows updates on the computers. Missing updates are often a cause of computer misbehavior. Note that you will need to press the check for updates button manually, then install any updates, then restart the computer, then check again. Some updates are not offered, if you do not install the previous update first. You need to do this until the computers are fully updated.

Next, check whether you still have installed other security programs, which may conflict.
