Hello,

We have been made aware that when BullGuard and Malwarebytes are installed alongside each-other, a system crash can occur (blue screen of death).

Upon investigating this issue with Malwarebytes we have discovered that the problem only occurs in this very specific case where Windows, Malwarebytes and BullGuard are not updated to their latest versions.

We advise customers which encounter this issue to update their Windows, BullGuard and Malwarebytes manually.

Then, very important, reboot the computer, to ensure the system loads with the updated software.

Hi, I have been frustrated by this issue for a while now. I always keep windows up to date and I have checked both Malwarebytes and BullGuard are on the latest versions and I re-started my PC as you suggested. However this has not fixed the issue and I had another blue screen today.

The stop code I always see is BAD_POOL_CALLER, is this the same issue?

Hello Andy,

That sounds like it. Open Windows Update and press "Check for updates". Wait for Windows to search for new updates and install them.

All three components are part of the issue not just one.
