The Bullguard antivirus switches off in settings, even when manually switched on it keeps reverting to off.
Running Windows 7 OS (uptodate) and latest version of Bullguard, 19.0.365.5
Seems issues started when Bullguard updated to new version recently.
This is in addition to the PC tune up optimisation not working, raised in earlier post. Support escalated that issue. Awaiting response.
Are these issues Bullguard are aware of and are fixes being worked on.
Another issue that still has not been resolved is when attempting to view log files of duplicate files report in messagong centre, causes Bullguard to crash, already reported a while back and escalated but still has not been fixed.
