Just now I have changed some settings in my Bullguard internet security PC version on Win10 , but I did not change anything related to backup and online drive.

Then I realized a shortcut of "Bullguard online drive" was suddenly created on my desktop. I clicked on it and a file explorer window tried to open but nothing happened, after a few seconds later this window closed itself automatically. So I deleted this shortcut.

And I found a "Bullguard online drive" was also created in the drivers section alongside my existing C: and D: drives. Again I clicked on it, and the behaviour was like the previous one I described.

The problem is that I cannot delete this "Bullguard online drive". There is no delete option with mouse right-click. And it is not visible in Win10 disk management, so I can do nothing about it.

What is happening here ?

Welcome to our forum Michael,

This is a bug which was introduced in error with an update.

Some customers reported that clicking Settings > General > Check status/Change User(Relogin) solved the problem for them.

Please simply ignore the shortcut, we will fix it as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience!

Hi there,

Any update on when this will be fixed? I'm having the same problem.

I've both "Checked Status" and "Changed User" to relogin to the account and neither of these have repaired the issue.

Thanks.

We are sorry for the trouble this issue is causing.

The shortcut is brought back by mistake and it will be fixed as soon as possible. It cannot crash your system, you can simply ignore it until we fix it.

Thank you for your understanding.
