Version 18.0.342.2 as stated pc tuneup runs when everything is unchecked, red circle over squaqre indicates it is off.

So after many years this is the same thing ???

Defraging the registry is not recomended as can and will cause majore issues, deleting apps and shortcuts, etc. same.

So why after years of this going on is it not fixed ???? we have enough backround things going on  that we do not need

another roug program hoging resoruces.

Oh and why are my stored cookies getting deleted on every broswer launch when not set to do so?????

What you are describing are BUGs which we are currently unaware of.

We see no reason for you not to create a forum post with your issues, but we can not conduct and investigation here, since we need technical information from your computer and we need to go through a series of troubleshooting steps, before we understand how and why a problem exists, to fix it.
