Although this page is found in Google it does NOT exist in Customers forum.

The issue is serious - Forum admin Ms. Andreea-Luciana Ostache

sends readers to
https://www.virustotal.com/

as to test if false positive file is really virus free, and when I do that

of tens of anti-virus software BullGuard is not in the list??

Furthermore, Search does NOT search in Forum posts but in Help files.

Usability of this website is awfull.

In the end what happens with feedback from virustota.com to BullGuard.com

since we CANNOT announce false positives on BullGuard website?

Hello and welcome to our forum.

The forum search can be accessed from the forum menu, but I can see there is an issue with it. I will report the problem.

The page you linked loads perfectly fine for me.

The antivirus settings and how to make an exception are thoroughly explained in our product guide: https://www.bullguard.com/support/product-guides/bullguard-desktop-protection-guides/antivirus/antivirus-settings.aspx

Uploading a file to Virustotal is perfectly normal, to quickly check a file yourself, but you can always contact support from the BullGuard application, if you encounter an issue you need assistance with. English support is available 24/7.
