I recently had a notification to the effect that my Bullguard had been updated with some new features.  Since it updated, I've had a new shortcut on my desktop to the Bullguard Secure Browser - or so I thought.  When I click on this to start it, a box opens up within the desktop space and within this is an expanding and contracting circle with the words "creating a secure environment".  However, this is all that ever happens.  The new secure browser never actually opens up.  From Twitter I have noticed that others have this problem too.  Is this a glitch that is being addressed or is this something that I have to do something about?
