Not getting regular definitions updates

As the title of the topic says, for the last couple of days I haven't been getting the definitions updates as regularly as normal. I've used the online chat support, but keep on getting the same guy who keeps telling me there's no issues. Bullguard updated earlier this morning when I booted the PC, but it's now gone over 8 hours without updating.

The problem was found and fixed.

Even if an agent will not know of an issue being present and may not be able to advise on the spot, they will record the incident and someone will take a look at it.
