Infected object: kuhinjedrvoprof.com/

Malware: Trojan.JS.FakeLink.B

Infected process: [4212] C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe

Keep getting warning like this, bullguard says it is protecting me from them but I get them several times daily, is there anyway to remove/resolve?
