    Is my device compatible with your software?

    BullGuard Mobile Security is compatible with the following operating systems:

    Android 2.0 and higher

    Symbian Series 60 3rd and 5th ed. (version 9.2 and higher)

    Windows Mobile 6.0, 6.1 and 6.5

    BlackBerry 4.2 up to 6.0

     

    Should you not know the exact operating system of your device, please open the www.bullguard.com/mobi webpage from your Mobile device. Your operating system will be automatically detected and the webpage will let you know if the it is compatible or not.

    I changed my device, what do I do now? How do I transfer?

    In order to allow the transfer of the account to another device you will need to contact our Support Team through LiveChat or email by clicking on Get help with the following information:

    • Licence key
    • Username
    • Mention that you are attempting a device swap
    • If you already attempted registration on the new device mention the date of the attempt
    • If you are also changing your phone number, mention the new phone number with country code

    What information does Parental Control monitor?

    The Parental Control feature in BullGuard Mobile Security can monitor the following on the device it is installed on:

    • Calls - records time of all and phone number to/from which the call was placed.
    • SMS, MMS – records text of message and phone number to/from which the message was sent.
    • Applications installed on the device
    • Photos taken with the device – uploads thumbnail of the photos to the Mobile Security Manager

    The monitored data is visible in the Mobile Security Manager after logging in with the account details registered on the device.
