When you change your device, you can do so without worrying about your BullGuard Mobile account. You can always transfer your account from the old device to the new and improved gadget you just bought.
However, since during the registration process your account details are associated with the device you are registering from, you will need to contact our Support team to help you transferring your Mobile Account to the new device you want to start using.
To help speed the process along and get your new phone protected, you will be required to have information identifying you as the account owner readily available. This is necessary to ensure that the information you may have backed up through the mobile application is available only to you, as the owner of the account. Items that may be required as proof for account ownership:
- Licence key used during the registration process on the smartphone. You can find the licence key on the scratch card you received, if you purchased your BullGuard Mobile Security from a store, or in the confirmation e-mail, in case you purchased it online.
- E-mail address used during the registration process on the smartphone (also the username for accessing the Mobile Security Manager).
- Phone number used during registration.
- Proof of payment for online payments (applicable for BullGuard WebShop or Amazon/Android Market).
