If you have issues streaming or watching video content, there are a couple of things you can check:
1. Check if you have issues with other streaming platforms (like YouTube).
If the answer is yes, the issue may be with your browser not the connection. You can reset your browser cache & cookies as shown in this guide
2. Check if there are DNS leak issues, on either one of these sites:

If you have your VPN connection on, the country IP shown in the test should be the one of the server you chose to connect to, not your Internet Service Provider IP.
