Upgrade your subscription



Welcome, BullGuard user!


This section will describe the easiest and best way to upgrade your online Backup drive size or the number of computers.


The optimal process should go as follows:


• You need more space to backup your files or just bought a new computer.


You decide to upgrade your Backup space or number of computers for the remaining time period.

On the BullGuard Home page, scroll down and click on Upgrade.

Enter your username and choose your country then press Continue








Note: The email address from the image is only an example, you must use your own BullGuard username in the form of a valid email address.

Your current subscription type will now be shown. Press the Continue button in order to customize the product according to your preferences.

Now, you have reached the page where you can choose how to upgrade your current subscription. Note that depending on the choices you make, you can see how much money you pay extra or save.








Note: The upgrade you have selected will only apply for your remaining subscription time.

Next, choose between PayPal and the standard payment methods, fill in all the necessary information and then press Pay now.

Once you finish making the payment or filling in the necessary information, you will reach the final page, where you get to see your invoice and instructions on how to make the payment (if you chose an offline payment method).








Note: Each user receives his own unique Reference number. The reference number from this image is only an example. We have hidden the last 8 digits on purpose, so nobody can use it. The reference number is a string of numbers (no letters included).




7 - buttonYou can also see the invoice directly in the final page. Please notice your invoice number. It is recommended that you make a note of it, as it can be used in tracking down your payment should there be any problems.









That's it - your order will now be processed and your account updated!
