What type of support do you provide?

BullGuard Support provides help with every issue related to BullGuard and computer security.

We have chosen 24/7 live chat and email support as the best media for providing assistance, which can be accessed both from the website and from the application.

Not only does the customer receive a transcript or history of the advice given, but additionally it is possible for the supporter to send guides, step-by-step instructions and screenshots to the customer, making the assistance speedy and accurate.

Our response times are listed below:

English Team:        24/7; response time is 24h.

Danish Team:        10:00 to 18:00 CET daily; response time is 24h.

Swedish Team:      9:00 to 17:00 CET daily; response time is 24h.

Norwegian Team:   9:00 to 17:00 CET daily; response time is 24h.

German Team:      9:00 to 17:00 CET daily; response time is 24h.

French Team:        9:00 to 17:00 CET daily; response time is 24h.

Spanish Team:       9:00 to 17:00 CET daily; response time is 24h.


Time zone is CET.

 


How much does support cost?

Support from BullGuard is completely free, for both trial users and paying subscribers.

It is central to the BullGuard concept of data security that the customer receive all the assistance needed to fully appreciate the BullGuard application, and that this should not come at a price.

 


What languages is support available in?

At the moment, we offer support in English, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, French and Spanish. Please click here for the schedule and terms.


What is your response time?

24 hour. That is the maximum response time for any e-mail sent to BullGuard Support.

Within that time the customer will either receive a solution or a clear indication of what steps have been taken and a timeframe for the issue to be resolved.

With Live Support everything is instant, which is why it is our primary support tool, developed to make the service provided accurate and timely.


Live Support is down, what do I do?

In very rare instances, the live chat may be offline for short intervals. Please write an email to support@bullguard.com and we will do our best to help.
